A bag can change a look and tell a story .
It can be an object of desire or a priceless gift .
A bag could be just a bag or your bag: unique, exclusive, yours.
At et ... bang ! we think that all women deserve a special bag .
Therefore, all our creations are handmade in Spanish workshops with genuine leather and highquality materials , designed with care and fully personalised.
Where can I receive my order?
We send your order to your home or office , wherever you want. We do not post to post boxes, it will damage your lovely accessories.
Do you deliver outside Spain?
Of course! We make our bags in Spain but we delivered, anywhere in the world .
How soon will I get my order?
As you know, our bags are fully customised , so we need about 10-15 days to make yours . Then we add the duration of your chosen delivery: 2-3 working days for orders in Spain or 5 working days for European orders. Rest of the world 15 days mínimum.
What are theshipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on your delivery destination. If you choose store pickup, it will be free . If you choose delivery in Spain, the standard shipping cost will be 5 € . And if we have to send your et ... bang ! outside Spain the cost is 18€ in the European Union or 50 € in the rest of the world.
Shipping costs will be free starting in 250€ for inside the European Comunity and starting in 400€ outside the European Comunity.

Can I return or exchange my order?
If your et ...bang ! is one of the designs from our shop you can change it within 30 days of purchase .
If , on the other hand , your bag is a custom model, you can only return it if:
- your order has arrived damaged .
- your order received does not match your purchase.
- your accessory has a manufacturing defect and you have contacted us within one month after delivery.
What do I have to do to return a product?
If your order isin one of the situations described above , you have two possibilities:
- Send us an e-mail to email@example.com explaining the problem and attaching a photo. We will explain the process to follow .
- Send us your package with a return address and your contact details to ourstore:

When we receiveit we will estimate the damage and we will contact you .
Return shipping costs shall be paid by you and reimbursed when the return is processed.
Remember that all products have to attach the corresponding receipt.
What is the deadline for a return or an exchange?
You have 30 daysfrom receiving your order to return or exchange it.
When your returnis accepted you will receive your refund in the same method of payment you madeyour purchase . Remember that if you did it by credit card the duration of the transaction depends on your bank .
If there has been an error in your refund , email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look intoit as soon as possible .
At et ... bang ! we reserve the right torefuse returns or changes communicated or sent after the deadline.
We will also not accept any accessories thatare not in the same condition they were received by you.
